The objective of this mini project is to design and implement in Matlab a discrete-time system for changing pitch in the audio files.
 
The design is not intended for an interactive usage, but your attempts to create an interactive real-time solution will be appreciated/rewarded.

3. SPECIFICATION
 

The pitch changer is a system that modifies pitch of the sound so that, for example, the male voice sounds like a voice of a child (or another way around). However, the pitch changer DOES NOT affect the duration of sound (as it happens in fast-forward mode of playing devices).
An exemplary audio file in the original form, and its lower-pitch and higher-pitch versions are available in Moodle as an illustration.
 

The developed system should read an audio file (mono in WAV format, but you can consider stereo files as well) and produce the processed file also in WAV format.
